Online registration for The 63rd Annual Assembly and International Conference of the International Institute of Welding (IIW) is now available .

If you wish to attend the Annual Assembly/ Conference, please register yourself at the following on-line registration system or simply by downloading Registration Form.

For local participants who wish to attend International Conference please contact to registration secretariat (ebru@dekon.com.tr) or go through the on-line registration system simply by select Turkey.

Registration for the Annual Assembly includes:

• Attendance of Meetings of the Working Units
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday 11th July, 2010
• Turkish Night on Monday 12th July, 2010
• Gala Banquet on Wednesday 14th July, 2010
• Entry to the Exhibition and Poster Presentations
• International Conference on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th July, 2010 (N.B. Registration fee does not include Conference Proceedings)

Registration for International Conference Only includes:

• International Conference on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th July, 2010
• International Conference Reception & Cocktail on Thursday 15th July, 2010
• Entry to the Exhibition and Poster Presentations
• Conference Proceedings

Registration for an Accompanying Person (Annual Assembly) includes:

• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday 11th July, 2010
• Turkish Night on Monday 12th July, 2010
• Gala Banquet on Wednesday 14th July, 2010
• Entry to the Exhibition and Poster Presentations

Registration for Accompanying Person (International Conference) includes:

• International Conference Reception & Cocktail on 15 July 2010
• Entry to Exhibition and Poster Presentations

Payment for registration should be made in Euro by the following methods ;

By Bank Transfer :

Bank charges are the sole responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

All wire transfers should indicate the following information : “ Name of sender, Date of wire transfer and Amount of wire transfer, with accompanying explanation. Receipts should be sent by fax to DEKON: + 90 212 347 63 63, or by e-mail: ebru@dekon.com.tr

By Credit Card:
Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. Payment may be made on-line using the online registration form. Mail order payments is also accepted using the printable registration form.

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the IIW 2010 Registration Secretariat (DEKON). An administrative fee of EUR 100 will be applied for any cancellations made on or before 1st June, 2010. Absolutely no refunds will be processed for cancellations by telephone, or for any cancellations made after 1st June, 2010.

Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for your registration refund to be processed.

Cancellation of Tours and Visits
Notification of cancellation of tours and visits must be received in writing by the IIW 2010 Tours Secretariat (DEKON). An administrative fee of 30% of the tour price will be applied for any cancellations made on or before 1st June, 2010. Absolutely no refunds will be processed for cancellations by telephone, or for any cancellations made after 1st June, 2010.

Participation for tours and visits are strictly on a first-come first-served basis, after payment has been received by the Organizer. If payment has not been received by 01 June 2010, it will be assumed that the participant no longer wishes to go on the tour or visit. All reservations will therefore be cancelled.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel a Technical Visit or Social Tour if the minimum number of persons required has not been reached. In such cases, all fees will be fully refunded.
